Consulting packages
Published package prices are in U.S. dollars and cover only the deliverables stated on the package page. Payment reserves an engagement but does not expand its scope. Work begins after required intake, service-fit review and scheduling confirmation. Additional work requires written agreement.
Custom engagements
Custom advisory, retainers and enterprise services require a written proposal or agreement describing scope, timing, fees, client responsibilities and other applicable terms. Website inquiries do not create a consulting relationship or binding commitment.
Cancellations and refunds
If Ylinen Hospitality cannot accept or schedule a purchased package, the applicable package fee will be refunded. A client may request cancellation before substantive work begins. Once work begins, any refund is limited to undelivered services as reasonably determined under the confirmed scope. Payment-processing fees may be nonrefundable where permitted by law.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, authorized information and timely access needed for the engagement. Clients retain responsibility for operational, employment, financial, legal, tax and investment decisions and for independently evaluating recommendations.
No guaranteed outcome
Consulting recommendations do not guarantee revenue, profitability, rankings, bookings, guest scores, savings or other results. Outcomes depend on implementation, market conditions, organizational capability, third-party systems and other factors outside the advisor’s control.
Acceptable use
Visitors may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property rights or use the service for unlawful activity.
