This notice explains, in plain terms, how automated and AI-assisted tools are used by Ylinen Hospitality—both in the creation of this website and within the advisory practice itself.

Be is the AI guide available throughout this website. It helps visitors understand services, compare advisory packages, locate resources, and prepare for a confidential inquiry. Be is clearly identified as AI and is not Benjamin Ylinen, a human employee, or an authorized representative. It cannot accept an engagement, confirm availability, negotiate terms, or make commitments on behalf of Ylinen Hospitality.

Benjamin Ylinen’s portrait is the only photograph used on this website. Some site language and design were prepared with the assistance of automated tools and reviewed by a person.

Ylinen Hospitality takes a deliberately restrained, human-led approach to AI in operations. Where technology is recommended to a property, it is introduced only where it genuinely serves guests and relieves teams, always under human oversight, and always with clear guardrails for the handling of guest information. Automated tools support human judgment; they do not replace it. A person remains responsible for the content of this site and for any advice provided through an engagement.

Please keep questions general and do not share passwords, payment details, financial account information, health information, government identifiers, private household identities, or other sensitive or confidential details with Be. Be offers general information about this practice, not legal, tax, investment, medical, employment, or regulatory advice. Its answers may be incomplete or mistaken and should be checked before being relied upon.

The messages needed to answer a question are sent securely to Ylinen Hospitality’s configured AI service. This website does not create a visitor profile from a Be conversation or save the conversation to a Ylinen Hospitality database. The visible chat remains only in the current browser session and disappears when the page is reloaded. Service providers may process limited technical and message data under their applicable terms and security controls.

Information you submit through the inquiry form is handled separately from Be and as described in our Privacy & Data Use notice and is not used to train third-party AI models.
